Josh inspected the home that we will be closing on tomorrow. We are first time home buyers, and were so scared of the inspection process. Josh was able to complete the inspection with only a few days notice, and provided us with the report on the same day. Words cannot express how much this helped my anxiety by not having to wait days to get the report back. His report was thorough (included videos and aerial drone photos) and written so that us first-time homebuyers understood everything. He was also great about explaining the different things and easing our concerns on some of the items. I was referred to Josh by my agent; however, did my own instigation before deciding to use his services. The fact that he is in the EMS field and has served our country was a HUGE selling point for me. I will definitely use him again if we have home inspection needs in the future.
